Solvent Kleene's degreasing products are designed as quick acting cold cleaners that offer high performance at room temperature without heating and provide fast drying. Designed for workplace safety, Solvent Kleene degreaser cleaners are non-flammable and have no chlorinated components or hazardous air pollutants (HAP). Developed as eco safe, green replacements for conventional hazardous products, Solvent Kleene's degreaser cleaners include both mild solvent based and aqueous based products that can quickly penetrate and emulsify grease and oils. We also offer solvent recovery systems for recycling of spent solvents. Our chemical paint and powder coating strippers remove varnish, CARC paints, cross linked polyurethanes, autophoretic / autodeposition chemical coatings and E-coatings / electrocoatings. Solvent Kleene also offers products for stripping paint from aircraft and aircraft components (conforming to Boeing D6-17487M and U.S. Air Force specifications), removing inks from anilox rolls used by the printing industry and stripping baked coatings from automobile wheel rims and hubs.

Paint Remover and Powder Coating Stripper Selection
Solvent Kleene's D-Zolve non methylene chloride, environmentally preferred paint strippers and coating removers are designed to strip and remove powder coatings, electrocoatings, aircraft paints (such as cross linked polyurethane top coats with epoxy primer), CARC paints and marine fiberglass paints. These products are used for stripping powder coated ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stripping powder coated aluminum and powder coated zinc, stripping powder coated aluminum zinc alloys and for stripping paint from aluminum, zinc, magnesium and other non-ferrous metals. D-Zolve depainting and powder coating stripping products can be used in an immersion tank or applied to a substrate using a brush or airless spray equipment. Powder coatings, autophoretic and E-coatings can be removed from aluminum, zinc, stainless steels, carbon steels, magnesium, fiberglass and plastic surfaces. D-Zolve 338 is a special formulation designed to remove solvent based, water based or UV based dry ink build up. D-Greeze environmentally friendly metal cleaners and degreasers are non-hazardous, non-air polluting (non HAP), non-chlorinated, and non-flammable. They are designed as high performance quick acting cleaner and degreasers. The D-Greeze family of products addresses non-flammable drying requirements, fast drying needs, and air blow off drying applications. D-Greeze oil, grease, flax and grime removers are heavy-duty industrial strength products that can be used with immersion tanks and ultra sonic systems or used to clean the surface using either aerosol spray, wand spray or rag wipe off.
