D-Greeze™ AC 2603 is an aqueous cleaner concentrate which can be diluted with water at a ration of 1 part concentrate to 5 parts of water for all water-based inks.

Diluted D-Greeze AC 2603 can be used to dissolve and remove dry ink buildup from laser engraved ceramic rolls, steel or chrome rolls, and rubber printing plates and rolls. It also can be used to clean doctor blade chambers.

In addition to removing dry buildup of flexographic water-based inks D-Greeze AC 2603 is very effective in removing a wide range of soils, including oils and grease.

Ink Removal Made Easier
To clean Anilox Rolls, apply a generous amount of diluted D-Greeze AC 2603 directly to the roll while it is turning. Allow a few minutes for the ink to dissolve and then wipe it off with a lint-free rag. Repeat the application and wipe off until no ink traces are shown. A final wipe should be made with a water soaked clean lint-free rag.
