D-Greeze 7880 VOC Free Degrease Cleaner

D-Greeze 6201 Degreaser/Cleaner
D-Greeze 6201 is a pH neutral degreaser/cleaner that offers premier performance and excellent material compatibility with ferrous and non-ferrous metals. D-Greeze 6201 aggressively penetrates and pulls oil and grease contaminants away from a surface to provide superior cleaning performance. Its low volatility and non-hazardous properties make it safe to use and address health and environmental concerns typically associated with solvent and alkaline based cleaners. Rinsing parts and cleaning equipment is easier and more cost effective. D-Greeze 6201's pH neutral properties eliminate the need for costly, time consuming wastewater neutralization required by alkaline cleaners.

D-Greeze 6201 can be used to degrease a wide range of painted and unpainted materials. Non-alkaline and non-acidic, it features a neutral pH so it is suitable for use with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals; including aluminum, anodized aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium, zinc, titanium and dichrome treated titanium as well as most non-metals.

High performance degreaser/cleaners are typically based on petroleum distillates and halogenated solvents that contain a high level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). D-Greeze 6201 contains less than 50 grams/liter of VOC content. VOCs are known to release air pollutants and contribute to global warming.

Non-hazardous Greeze 6201 addresses the environmental and health concerns associated with conventional solvents. It is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive and non-reactive; and has a flash point of zero and a boiling point of over 212°F/100°C. It presents no hazardous air pollution potential.

A drop in replacement for conventional degreaser/cleaners, D-Greeze 6201 is compatible with most existing degreasing methods and equipment. This includes immersion tanks with agitation, automatic spray systems, parts washers, power washers, ultrasonic equipment and most other cleaning systems. D-Greeze is designed for use at room temperature and for exceptionally demanding requirements, can be heated up to 130°F/54.4°C for enhanced performance. It can also be diluted in a 1:1 ratio.

D-Greeze 6201's unique properties provide a long useful life. Low volatility means little product is lost due to evaporation. Emulsified oils rise to the top when agitation ceases and can be removed with a skimmer. Removing contaminants prolongs the useful life of the solution and reduces the need for replacement solvent. A water rinse is sufficient for removing any residue left on cleaned parts.

Printed Circuit Board

D-Greeze 6201 Flux Remover
D-Flux 6201is a non-hazardous flux remover that offers premier performance without compromising the safety of the workplace. It is designed as drop in replacement for conventional cleaning agents that are often used in combination to remove flux and can require multiple stages for effective removal. It also serves as safer alternative to conventional cleaners that have hazardous properties and raise health and environmental concerns.

D-Flux 6201 is compatible with a wide range of flux removal equipment and techniques and will not compromise precious metals used in the fabrication of printed circuit boards and electronic components. It can be used in immersion tanks as well as with ultrasonic equipment, batch spray and in-line spray systems.

When used in an immersion tank, 6201 removes flux without the need for heating to high temperatures. Most residues are removed by heating the solution to temperatures less than 140°F/60°C. Both mechanical agitation of the D-Flux 6201 solution or injection through jet spray nozzles in the immersion tank facilitates the removal of residue.
D-Flux 6201 can be used full strength or diluted with deionized water in a 1:1 ratio for economical use. Following the wash stage is a rinse stage using heated deionized water. For quickly drying rinsed printed circuit boards either air blowoff or warm circulating air can be employed.

D-Flux 6201 removes a wide range of soils including:

• No clean (NC) flux that consists of rosin and a small amount of activator. Residue is clear, non-corrosive and non-conductive.

• Water soluable (WS) flux that consists of organic acids, thixotrope and solvent. WS residue is corrosive and has to be removed soon after reflow.

• Rosin mildly activated (RMA) flux that consists of rosin, solvent and a small amount of activator. RMA flux residue is clear, soft, non-corrosive and non-conductive.

• Rosin Activated (RA) flux that consists of rosin solvent and strong activator. RA residue is corrosive and has to be removed soon after reflow.

• Sticky flux.

• Oils and greases.

Non-alkaline and non-acidic, D-Flux 6201 features a neutral pH so it is suitable for use with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals; including aluminum, tin, beryllium, carbon, steel, titanium as well as copper, gold, palladium and silver.

High performance solvent cleaners are based on petroleum distillates and halogenated solvents that contain a high level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). D-Flux 6201 contains less than 50 grams/liter of VOC. VOCs are known to release air pollutants and contribute to global warming.

D-Flux 6201 is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive and non-reactive. It has a flash point of zero and a boiling point of over 212°F/100°C and presents no hazardous air pollution potential or ozone depletion.

D-Zolve 3251 Paint and Powder Coating Strripper D-Zolve 3251 Paint and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve 3251 Paint and Powder Coating Stripper for Plastics strips paints, powder coatings, top coats and other surface finishes from plastic substrates allowing a defective or damaged surface finish to be safely stripped from plastic components. Rather than scrap a plastic component in need of surface rework, D-Zolve 3251 removes paints and coatings from Polycarbonates, ABS, TPO, Nylon and other resins, rendering a clean surface for rework while maintaining the integrity of the part’s molded plastic surface. Surface finishes can be stripped without the need for expensive equipment or processes. Developed for use in immersion tanks, D-Zolve 3251 stripping solution provides an eco friendly, cost effective means for removing base coats and clear top coats. Unlike many other stripping products and processes that require expensive specialized equipment or consume large amounts of energy for heating, D-Zolve 3251 is designed to keep equipment investment and energy consumption to a minimum. D-Zolve 3251 contains no halogens or air pollutants and is non-carcinogenic and non-flammable.
