D-Greeze ES-150D
D-Greeze ES-150D is a quick acting, fast drying non-hazardous degreaser/cleaner that cleans parts at ambient temperature. It is a cold cleaner which quickly evaporates from the surface after cleaning, eliminating the need for heating and drying equipment.
D-Greeze ES-150D is ideally suited for degreasing/cleaning difficult to reach surfaces such as intricate part shapes and the inner surfaces of blind holes and tubes. It offers a unique combination of low surface tension and high KB value, enabling it to quickly penetrate narrow orifices and complex part geometries to dissolve soils.
While conventional solvents have low flash points and are flammable, D-Greeze ES-150D features a high flash point. Non-flammable, non-carcinogenic and non-toxic, D-Greeze ES 150D creates a safer workplace without sacrificing performance.
Efficient in removing oils, flux, grease and other soils, D-Greeze ES-150D is suitable for use with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including titanium, zinc, magnesium, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and carbon steel. It is a drop in replacement for most any degreaser/cleaner and is compatible with most existing degreasing methods and equipment. It has a non-offensive minimal odor and does not contain any ozone depleting components, hazardous air pollutants or any SARA listed components.

D-Zolve 917
D-Zolve 917 from Solvent Kleene, Inc. is a fast acting, safe paint and powder coating stripper designed to be used at low temperatures in an immersion tank. D-Zolve’s ability to quickly penetrate and break the chemical bond between the coating’s layers and the substrate eliminates the need for costly, high energy consuming burnoff, blasting or heating of the solution to high temperatures.
Designed to minimize health and environmental hazards, D-Zolve 917 is non-flammable, non-toxic, and does not contain any ozone depleting components or carcinogenic compounds. The product is compatible with most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steels, and carbon steels as well as plastic and silicone substrates.
D-Zolve 917 penetrates several layers of a paint or powder coating, delaminating these layers from the substrate’s surface. To facilitate the penetration of cross linked coatings, epoxy primers, polyurethane top coats, powder coatings and other difficult to remove coatings, D-Zolve is heated to 135-140°F, compared to other strippers that need to be heated to 200°F. At these lower temperatures, D-Zolve uses less energy helping to minimize energy costs. D-Zolve also helps keep replenishment costs to a minimum. When used in an immersion tank, solids that drop to the bottom of the tank can be filtered out to extend the solution’s useful life. Additionally, D-Zolve can be diluted with water to further reduce costs.

D-Zolve 1012
D-Zolve 1012 is designed to efficiently strip hard-to-remove powder coatings from intricate part shapes. It is used in an immersion tank at room temperature eliminating the need for heating. Additionally, waste solids can be filtered out to prolong the useful life of the solution.
D-Zolve 1012 is compatible with most metals and plastics. It safely removes powder coatings from galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel as well as most plastic and silicone substrates.
D-Zolve 1012 is a fast acting powder coating remover. Stripping times typically range from 30 minutes or less to 1-2 hours. Factors which determine the stripping time required are thickness, uniformity and type of powder coating. Ambient temperature also effects the time required to remove the coating, the higher the ambient temperature, the less time required. An ambient temperature of 68°F/20°C is sufficient.

D-Zolve for Stripping Masking Plugs
D-Zolve removes powder coating buildup from plugs and other standard or custom molded maskings extending the useful live of these devices and reducing replacement costs. Designed to safely remove powder coatings from a wide range of materials such as silicone and neoprene, D-Zolve efficiently removes several layers of buildup from self-threading to dual-flanged pull plugs. When used in an immersion tank, D-Zolve’s special properties lift layers of paint and break the chemical bond between the powder coating and the substrate. When this bond breaks, the paint layers pull away from the surface and fall to the bottom of the tank.
