D-Zolve 1012 Room Temperature Cold Process Paint, E-Coating and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve 1012 is a chemically energized paint and powder coating stripper and remover designed to efficiently strip hard-to-remove paints, CARC paints, varnish, powder coatings, autophoretic / autodeposition chemical coatings and E-coatings / electrocoatings from intricate part shapes without the need for heating the stripping solution. Designed as a cold process immersion tank paint stripper and remover it penetrates and delaminates paints and coating at room temperature for easy removal. Additionally, waste solids can be filtered out of the tank to prolong the useful life of the solution. D-Zolve 1012 is a green paint stripper and remover that uses chemical energy instead of electrical energy to remove coatings. D-Zolve 917 Low Temperature Paint, Electrocoating and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve 917 is a fast acting chemical paint, varnish, CARC paints powder coating, autophoretic / autodeposition chemical coating and E-coating / electrocoating stripper and remover designed to be used at low temperatures (140°F/60°C) in an immersion tank. It is able to quickly penetrate and break the bond between the coating's layers and the substrate, eliminating the need for costly, time consuming burnoff, blasting or heating of the solution to high temperatures. Developed as a green, eco-stripper and remover, D-Zolve 917 is non-flammable, non-toxic and does not contain any chlorinated or ozone depleting components and no carcinogenic compounds. It provides safe stripping of paints, powder coatings, A-coatings and E-coatings from ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steels and carbon steels as well as plastic and silicon substrates.

D-Zolve™ 1220 is a high viscosity (HV) is a green paint and coating stripper and remover for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is designed to be applied either with airless spray-on equipment or as a brush-on paint stripper and remover. Developed as a safe eco-stripper, this fast acting chemical stripper removes paint and varnish,CARC paints, aircraft paints, powder coatings, autophoretic / autodeposition chemical coatings and E-coatings / electrocoatings from fiberglass, aluminum, steel, galvanized steel and other metal and plastic substrates. D-Zolve for Stripping Masking Plugs
D-Zolve removes powder coating buildup from plugs and other standard or custom molded maskings extending the useful live of these devices and reducing replacement costs. Designed to safely remove powder coatings from a wide range of materials such as silicone and neoprene, D-Zolve efficiently removes several layers of buildup from self-threading to dual-flanged pull plugs. When used in an immersion tank, D-Zolve’s special properties lift layers of paint and break the chemical bond between the powder coating and the substrate. When this bond breaks, the paint layers pull away from the surface and fall to the bottom of the tank.

D-Zolve 3251 Paint and Powder Coating Stripper for Plastics
Safely strips paints, CARC paints, powder coatings, top coats and other surface finishes from plastic substrates allowing a defective or damaged surface finish to be stripped from plastic components. Rather than scrap a plastic component in need of surface rework, D-Zolve 3251 strips paints and coatings from Polycarbonates, ABS, TPO, Nylon and other resins, rendering a clean surface for rework while maintaining the integrity of the part’s molded plastic surface. Surface finishes can be stripped without the need for expensive equipment or processes. Developed for use in immersion tanks, the D-Zolve 3251 stripping solution provides an eco friendly, cost effective means for removing base coats and clear top coats. Unlike many other stripping products and processes that require expensive specialized equipment or consume large amounts of energy for heating, D-Zolve 3251 is designed to keep equipment investment and energy consumption to a minimum.
