D-Zolve 15-33R Aircraft Stripper D-Zolve™ GL 15-33R is a chemical aircraft paint, powder coating and E-coating stripper and remover designed to be applied using spray equipment or a brush. It has a high viscosity with cling on properties which fully conforms to Boeing D6-17487M and is approved for use by the U.S. Air Force. D-Zolve GL 15-33 removes several layers of aircraft paints consisting of epoxy primer with cross-linked polyurethane top coats including MIL P23377 Epoxy or TTP 2760 Flexible Polyurethane and MIL C85285 Polyurethane topcoat, Fluid Resistant BMS 10-11-V Type 1, BMS 10-60-H, BMS 10-7-9 and Desothane 6221T as well as topcoats with high solid content fluoride and other high solid content polyurethanes. D-Zolve can be safely used in with aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, carbon steel, cadmium coated steel, and titanium. A non-embrittling eco-stripper, it contains no chlorinated components, no peroxides and is non-acidic and non-flammable. D-Zolve provides safe spray-on or brush-on stripping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
D-Zolve 15-33 Immersion Aircraft Paint Stripper D-Zolve™ 15-33 IM is an immersion grade paint remover that meets the chemical requirements for safely removing coatings from aircraft wheels, landing gear components and other support equipment parts. Immersing parts in D-Zolve removes several layers of a difficult to strip epoxy, flexible polyurethane, polyurethane topcoat or fluid resistant coating. D-Zolve 15-33 IM fully conforms to T.O. 1-1-8 and meets the specifications set by USAF Mil PRF.83936C. It has passed the corrosion, flammability, hydrogen non-embrittlement and paint removal performance standards set by this specification. D-Zolve 15-33 IM is suitable for use with aluminum, magnesium, cadmium plated steel and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Designed to minimize health and environmental risks, it has no chlorinated components, is non-acidic as well as non-carcinogenic and features a long active life and slow rate of evaporation.
